A group of angry Cornish Pixies is flying around the town of Colwyn, Wales. They have been stealing muggle items and have been agravating muggles' pets. They have also caused serious damage. They have gotten into the plumbing and have cut of the supply of water to the muggle town. The muggles are extremely upset and are well aware that the pixies are certainly not normal creatures.
